1. Information We Collect

• Phone Number: For account authentication and identification.
• Contacts (Guardians): Names and phone numbers of emergency contacts you designate.
• Device Data: FCM tokens for push notifications and survival status logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate the Dead Man’s Switch mechanism.
• To send automatic SOS alerts to your Guardians if you fail to check in.
• To verify your identity and prevent fraud.

3. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as you use the service. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed from our servers.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We use Solapi to deliver SMS alerts. Your Guardian’s phone number is shared with this provider solely for the purpose of delivering the SOS message.

5. Your Rights

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time via the “Delete Account” option in the app settings.
